What is your return policy?

All products are in inspected for damage and defects before the departure. Any description will explain faults in the product. For this reason, all sales are final and returns and exchanges are not accepted.

If any items are defective or damaged in transit. Please e-mail us with your order number and a photo of the product in question, and we'll do our very best to make things right for you.

All sales are final.

How long will it take for my order to ship? Do you ship international? 

I try to ship outstanding orders on Tuesdays + Thursdays. You will receive a shipping email containing a tracking number when your order is shipped. Please understand this is a one person operation and will do the best to ensure your package is sent out in good time.

LMS is not responsible for lost mail or incorrect addresses. Please double check shipping info when ordering and email ASAP if changes need to be made!

United States 5 - 20  days after shipment
International  7 - 30 days after shipment

Due to COVID-19 Shipping delays are very possible so please remain mindful of this when expecting your package.

What if my order is lost/never delivered?

Unfortunately, once a package leaves my hand it is beyond my control. If you have any questions about your tracking/delivery information, please contact your local post office. If you have already contacted your local post office and they were unable to help you, send me an email at littlemothshop@gmail.com and we will work something out.
